The Gondola Center has three divisions. Their functions are as follows:
- Administration Team: Responsible for planning and management affairs of the Maokong Gondola System.
- Operations Team: Responsible for operational matters for the Maokong Gondola System.
- Maintenance Team: Responsible for maintenance matters for the Maokong Gondola System.
