Ticketing Information：
1.Discount ticket (Taiwanese nationals only):
(1)Applicable for Taipei citizens; retired Taipei City Government civil servants and teachers; children (6-12 years old); the elderly (over 65 years old, or registered Taipei City indigenous people over 55 years old); and disabled passengers and one necessary companion. You must show supporting documents before boarding.
(2)Children aged 0-5 years old can ride for free when accompanied by a ticketed adult. Each adult is limited to 2 children.
2.One-Day Pass Refund Regulations:In the event of service suspension due to weather or other factors, passengers who have taken one ride on the Gondola are eligible for one single-journey ticket fare refund. No refunds will be given for passengers who have taken the Gondola more than two times.
3.To purchase chartered car service or group tickets for 20 or more people, please head to the information counter.
