When passengers are evacuated from stations as a result of an emergency situation, irregularity, or operation suspension, those holding single-journey tickets, concession tickets, or group tickets may ask for a full fare refund within 7 days of the incident at any Gondola station. For those holding EasyCards, ticket gates will automatically adjust data in the tickets if the passenger uses the card on the Gondola system within 3 days of the incident. After more than 3 days from the incident, passengers may bring the EasyCard to the Information Counter of any Gondola or Metro station to revise ticket data.
