Our Information Counters adopt an accessibility design concept. The height of the counter is adapted for all passengers. It is located near the ticket gates that serve as the interface between the paid area and non-paid area.

Every station has at least one ticket vending machine that is wheelchair accessible.

3. Elevators

For the safety of the visually impaired, disabled, elderly, pregnant women or passengers with strollers or bulky packages, each station has an elevator that remains open for an extended period. The elevators are equipped with braille buttons, speakers, handrails, low operation panel and intercom system. In case of emergency, people with disabilities may contact the Information Counter via the intercom.
