Our Information Counters adopt an accessibility design concept. The height of the counter is adapted for all passengers. It is located near the ticket gates that serve as the interface between the paid area and non-paid area.
Wheelchair Accessible Ticket Vending Machine
Every station has at least one ticket vending machine that is wheelchair accessible.
For the safety of the visually impaired, disabled, elderly or temporarily encumbered (people with heavy baggage, strollers etc.). The elevators are equipped with braille buttons, voice announcer, handrails, and intercom system. In case of an emergency, people with disabilities may contact the Information Counter through the intercom.
